Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Management very poor, work stress high, mobile phone not allowed, standard operating procedures no follow ,salary less than low ,promotion every year no and discipline no.

Threerd party pay roll job, not on roll, no product training always learn in market. TD/DA always deducted. Every commitment are false.

Best culture, can be frank with anyone. Work freedom is there. Faced some micromanagement but not that much issue. WLB good. Secure job like govt. If you want relax life with no tension then CUMI is best. WILP with bits pilani is there.

Pay is very very less. Everyone knows it. Slow in implementing anything. Aged management. Too much old people. Job role is cluttered. Skills development programs are old needs restructure. IT is slow. External skill development lot of restrictions.

There is no job security for ground level workers. Every month your target is getting bigger but your salary not increased. They can jast block your Id without any information. Then you have to resign.
