...h revenue targets, there was no investment in marketing or business development. I was not issued my experience letter, and my final month’s salary remains unpaid. Instead, I received threats. The managing directors' behavior was highly unprofessional, one adopting an aggressive persona, while the other used women card and threat you. The company expects employees to prioritize work over their personal lives to an unreasonable extent, even to the point of ending relationships with a future spouse. Decisions are often made unexpectedly, without considering the impact on employees' personal commitments or well-being. There were discriminatory remarks made by the leadership’s family member based on religion and caste, which is unacceptable.. Sometimes have to work on weekends as well. And the don't appreciate it at all.
