...etter growth or any promotion. Eventually you will be forced to move to chennai. And they won’t give you salary hike for job transfer. They expect the expenses to managed at the same way. Too much of cost cutting. Difficult to work with vendor and their thin margin.

1- pathetic senior management - don't expect any support from seniors,they will just ask you to follow company policy which is totally against the market practice. 2- pathetic GTM strategy - organisation changes sales policy whenever & whatever they want without understanding market requirement resulting in loss of trust in trade. 3- working culture is too toxic- they treat managers & officers like a police treats a criminal, shouting all the time, No professionalism at all. 4- no freedom of speech - even if you are right about any thing which can result in loss of trust in market,nobody will listen to you,you just have to follow their pathetic policies. Even a new officer or asm who joins here,regrets within a month. Kindly do a market research before joining here to save your career.

Nothing expect get salary on time. 1. you need to get weight and strength training to lift a goods from ground floor to second floor (Note: If you are manage or an employee, it not matters just lift the goods ( Monthly twice or thrice )). 2. you need to sacrifice yourself to the company. Bcz, you have only 4 public holidays that are new year, pongal, ayudha pooja, deepavali. remaining days are working days expect all sunday( all saturday working ). 3. if you need to enjoy in between work, you need to go tynampet ofz, otherwise nothing. bcz, tynampet is only for who do " ching chok " to managers and heads. 4. you need to do some extra-curicular activities like buy food for manager, clear the garbage and do some rapido. 5. sometimes you will ask other manager to work their work bcz, they will go to attend some party and trip with other colleagues. 6. you need to take selfie for login. bcz, it is mark your attendence based on the geo location. if you forgot to logout when leave, it will be half day LOP. and one more, 7. In the company policy, they doesn't mention about the permission or i think any printing mistake. for ex, if you need a permission from 5pm to 7pm, you will stay untill 5pm then you leave right. but if you do like this it is half day LOP.

# Not providing proper labours for job # Not giving good salary who is doing heavy works, there no worker will resign if they giving good increments. Yearly Maximum 1500 for all. Here no body can manage with this huge increment. # No proper equipments & spares for the Laboratory, Production & Maintenance. Whatever on the spot they will manage.

There is nothing to like about the company. The plant set up at Goalpara, Assam is just another production facility for the company sucking the life out of its employees except few of the executives and managers.

Everything. From job location, compensation, working hours, company culture The officers here do not know to treat juniors or new employees. You are treated like a contract labouror even if you are a graduate.
