No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Preference is given to IIT graduate in terms of salary and leadership roles, even though some freshers earns more than the employees with 10+ years of experience without contributing much value. 4. The work environment feels more like a college project team rather than a professional engineering team, lacking structure and discipline. 5. Tasks are poorly defined, with individuals working independently and focusing more on showcasing their knowledge rather than collaborating effectively. 6. Team work is lacking and there is a noticeable absence of coordination among team members. 7. The company faces financial limitations, which hinder product development and there have been delays in paying supplier invoices for months. 8. The team is disproportionately large compared to the actual amount of work leading to inefficiencies and overhead value. 9. Variable payouts has not been disbursed form last 1+ year leaving employees dissatisfied and demotivated. 10. Communication between departments is weak which leads to delay and misunderstandings. 11. The company struggles with maintaining a stable budget impacting its ability to invest in projects and promotes low job security. 12. Employees feel that their contributions are often overlooked and undervalued resulting in low morale.

...ut following any government norms and ask money to clear your Experience letter. 2) 10% of the salary they will fixed as a MBO ( Variable) which they never give 3) Worst management I have ever seen talk big and do nothing 4) Taking loan from bank to pay salary. 5) They have no buisness now still they are hiring without thinking the candidates career. 6) No job security 7) They are going to vanished in coming months from industries 8) 32 years old CEO failed to run company because they believe in dictatorship so arrogant. 9) For my experience letter i had to pay money.

... like to do. Project ki koi timeline nhi h..sirf baat krte h turnover bdhane ki. Salary not on time. No benefits. Ptani funds kaise raise mil jata h inko. Progress ke naam pe sirf documents bnate h. Practically koi baat nhi krta h, politics khelte h, sirf experiments chalte h.. Hiring and firing dono bulk m krte h. No job security. Job chodne k baad bhi paisa nhi dete h. And Hr bhi jhuut bolte h. I suggest don't serve notice period because kab denge kuch nhi pta. Don't join this organization.even offering you very much high. They play with your future life.

...n if you are capable, you can be removed easily from company without any reason. Freshers are more entertained in case if salary and experience people has no facilities like such, health insurance is not for your parents.
