HR policy are home made. 9 hours duty. Salary credited on every 10 th of month. When u resign after increment ur increment salary will deducted. After increment I don't want resign 9 month. Company only show increment letter photo don't get increment letter copy.

Admin department only time pass. In canteen no any hygiene. Continuous cooler water overflow on floor and 24 * 7 Water available on canteen. Only afternoon time canteen tables neat and clean. Hr department partshlity on office staff and other staff for tea. No leave allowed in notice period.

...avery they think. Worst Mangament And Rules are Vary According to your postion . Working Hours is 9 hours if they Hold you for some work they don't pay for that . And COF are taken with the permission of your HOD .

Opportunity... In ciron you will get opportunity to do a big project and involve in to make a decision.

Salary always matters in ciron.. You will not get higher appraisal and other benefits to get others income also (like OT, Long leave encashment)

I am Pramod Singh. I have been working in Ciron Pharmaceuticals for the past 3 years.So far,my experience is really good.The most valuable quality of Ciron pharmaceutical is it's work culture.Satisfaction of their employees is their foremost priority.Even though the work is fast- paced,the work environment is relaxed and calm atmosphere is present there.On Monday mornings I don't dread going to work,and the managers are incredibly patient and accommodating.I highly recommend this company for all the job seekers out there from the pharma industry.
