...a holistic atmosphere in the school. I'm blessed to work in this institution. The school has also paid our March salary in time. They hv been very thoughtful and kind. The CMS organisation has always stood up and has always been ready to help our city and our community in times of catastrophe. They have always taken good care of their staff members be it from a cleaner to the office person to its teachers. God bless the efforts of founders of CMS.They are very simple and humble people.

Dislikes

Everything is good Except that we do not have half days on Saturday. So Sunday becomes very hectic. Yes no P.F is deducted . For some P.F is deducted but for most P.F is not deducted Only confirmed staff P.F is deducted. I have just joined but I feel sad for those teachers who have worked for 2 years and more than 5 years and stilll have not been made permanent nor their P.F is deducted so its sad for them. Insecurity looms large once the contract term is over.

Only the salary. They are playing on a strategy of getting their employees busy with different work for almost 16 hours everyday without fail and this is the only reason they pay better than any other school in the industry.

Dislikes

No time for yourself and your family. Everything is to be completed the moment it is told to you. Work culture is full of filthy politics.

...e end of every month there is a register day specifically for tallying the fees.Apart from maintaining the fees record a teacher has to monthly pay home visits to five students which I must say is quite labourious and unsafe.If you have not got enough headaches then welcome to the time consuming and painstaking visit to the LDA branch on Sundays.Mind it whatever I have referred above are after school activities.The management doesn't compromise on it's teaching idealogies so a special body called The Inspection Department is formed to keep a tap on your correction work and methodology. Having said alot of pros in the end what keeps one going is the jovial and friendly staff.
