Technology is good, however the pricing strategy is very bad, also has a lot operational issues at the backend

very bad work life balance, managers sits with you on calls from 8 am, lot of pressure for work. Doesn't give define holidays on Saturdays

One of the HR creates a bad and toxic kind of an environment and influence the the company with too much politics and terminates employees by their wish and will. Therefore the job security is very low.

When I was working at the care center, the working environment was excellent. The manager, team leader, and the entire team were very supportive and encouraging. They consistently motivated us by instilling confidence and making us feel capable of achieving our goals. It truly felt like a collaborative and inspiring team effort.

Dislikes

When I transitioned to the US project, the experience was completely different. There was a lack of collaboration and teamwork. Although they verbally emphasized being a team, I observed individuals who did not seem content. When I spoke with some team members, they expressed dissatisfaction, which left me feeling disheartened.
