This company is good for only freshers but only for 1st year after 1 years freshers should leave company. This company may be suitable for freshers who are just starting out and desperately need an offer letter. But for experienced professionals this is not a good place. You can get better opportunities with better pay and growth elsewhere.

... key issues that I and many other employees have faced during our time there: 1. Salary Delays and False Promises * The Company gives hope about salary increments but never actually delivers on time. * Even after increments meetings are done, it takes 7-8 months to actually receive the revised salary. * Promised arrears are never paid. * HR says salary will be credited by 15th of every month, but in reality, it's often delayed to the 20th-28th of the following month. 2. Unprofessional HR (Nikhil Sharma) and Admin (Dinesh Chander) Behavior. * HR has no answers and always responds with "no update". *The HR behaves as if they own the company, often refusing to reply to messages or speak properly on calls. *Admin staffs are rude and the Senior Vice President (Rajinder Singh Sandhu a retired army person) behaves like a strict school's principal - completely unprofessional for a corporate environment. 3. CEO is Completely Disconnected * The CEO (Raj Oberoi) never interacts with employees, doesn't visit office, and is always travelling between countries while staying in the USA. *Despite holding salaries and cutting costs, there are no company parties, no trips, no health policies, no Fun Friday, and no festival leaves (even for major Indian Holidays). * It feels more like a "Lala-type" company - CEO only focuses on personal profit and employee welfare is completely ignored. *Even salaries are not paid on time, which is the bare minimum any professional setup should ensure. 4. No Career Growth or Increments * No employee has received a proper increment in last 3 years and never get promotion. * Freshers hired at 15000/month are still earning same salary after 3 years. * New hires with 1 year of experience are given 40000+/month salaries but are later fired citing performance issues. 5. Toxic Work Culture * Saturday working and over time without any extra payment. * No night shift allowances are given. * Employees from different departments or shifts often see each other as rivals due to poor management and zero team-building efforts. * HR is unavailable during night shifts, leaving night staff unsupported. 6. Terrible Infrastructure * Office chairs are broken and water leaks from ceiling. * Rats/mouse running freely in office. * The so-called cafeteria is just a small balcony with 7-8 chairs and old dirty curtains, exposed to direct sunlight. * Only 2 washrooms (1 for men, 1 for women only for single-single person) leading to long queues during office hours. * ACs and fans are not working properly in office. 7. Unethical Practices * On employee birthday, Admin (Dinesh Chander) forced to birthday employee to give money for company party. * The company often engages in fake hiring, wasting candidate time without any real intent to hire. * Projects are in bad shape, full of issues, and the company is highly dependent on just 1-2 small clients. if the client doesn't pay on time, salaries are held

...for company you become the main culprit for them and they will send you warning mail and harass you for resign - No Salary on time they will pay you almost after 2 months which is also not gurrented - No policy for salary timings and appraisals Freshers recieve appraisels of 2-3k after 2-3 years 😂 - This company is a bog joke nothing else - HR and management has no answer for any of your query and they they act like they are the God, disgusting people really - Sometime They pay your salary after 5-6 months and clap in front of all employees like an achievement really disgustting

There is nothing to like in this company the only thing you can like is they provide you comfort zone. They never appreciate anyone for there work. You will get one samosa on diwali party but not allowed to take more than that. There is no construction work from last 20 years so no need to worry of dust or disturbance. Job security is full means it's very hard they fire any one because they convince you to leave it.

...d you like they will provide Arrears but they won't they will digest your money. Second is salary even after the service of 3 years i don't know the exact date of salary you may get after two months. No specific date. Alot of macro management only one person is handling everything. Even vice president of the company is not aware of anything. They are few persons in the management those are very illiterate even that don't know how to talk. They don't treat you as a engineers they treat you like a laborers. No chance for growth, if you made good relations with manager then might be chances that you get good work. But maintaining good relations you need to do alot of things do double shifts, work on Saturday and sunday and alot more. They is full politics in the office and favouriteism.
