Only one good thing is they have international project.

Dislikes

1. Never pay salary on time. 2. Interview time HR gave you salary date 15th but in my entire experience i never got salary on time. Always after 20th. Some 1 month late. 3. I lost my more than 1 lakh Arial because they never pay amount on time and trying to delay the amount. 4. Management is so much unprofessional specially HOD. They don't have knowledge and management skills. Never make any work plan, always pass on partial information due to that we need to do 2-3 hours extra on daily bases. 5. For 70-80 employees they have only 1 toilet. Everyone stand on line and waiting for their turn. So much toilet smell around the lane. 6. HR knows nothing. They always throw you here and there but never give you right updates. 7. Company don't have self respect or face. Once you join they give you english name because they never represent you front of client with your real identity. 8. No proper cafeteria. Need to eat food outside in heat waves in summer or cold waves in winter. 9. If you come 5 min late, take 5 min extra break or leave 5 min early admin will ask you lots of questions but if you leave after 1 hour of you sift time he never bother. 10. No health policy, no other facilities. 11. In the name of festival party they always give you 1 samosa only. If you ask another one they strictly denied. 12. On employees' birthdays, the admin forces them to throw a party for the entire company, regardless of whether the employee is capable of doing so. The admin doesn't care about the employee's situation. 13. During festivals or special occasions, the company only gives one samosa to employees. If you mistakenly ask for another one, the admin behaves as if you have committed a grave sin. 14. There’s no fixed period for increments, and no one knows when they will happen. Even if a discussion takes place and an increment is granted, there’s no fixed time for when it will be given. It usually takes a minimum of 6 months, and even then, it’s uncertain. 15.. There are no company parties or outings. 16. This company is more like a traditional shop than a corporate company. There is no professional work culture here.

There is nothing to like in this company the only thing you can like is they provide you comfort zone. They never appreciate anyone for there work. You will get one samosa on diwali party but not allowed to take more than that. There is no construction work from last 20 years so no need to worry of dust or disturbance. Job security is full means it's very hard they fire any one because they convince you to leave it.

...d you like they will provide Arrears but they won't they will digest your money. Second is salary even after the service of 3 years i don't know the exact date of salary you may get after two months. No specific date. Alot of macro management only one person is handling everything. Even vice president of the company is not aware of anything. They are few persons in the management those are very illiterate even that don't know how to talk. They don't treat you as a engineers they treat you like a laborers. No chance for growth, if you made good relations with manager then might be chances that you get good work. But maintaining good relations you need to do alot of things do double shifts, work on Saturday and sunday and alot more. They is full politics in the office and favouriteism.
