Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

This company has become a hell place for work. Evey month organizational changes, introduced variable, reduced salaries, lot of firing, no growth chances, one hell of a service company it has become in last 2 years after becoming GETC.

Everything this company is doing since last 2 years.they fired talented resources, reduced salaries, added hefty variable pay, overburdened all employees from fresher to experienced.avoid to join this company at any cost.

No salary Hikes, No gifts, No promotions, Individuals favored by managers receive more advantages. The longer you stay lesser will be paid. Some leaders are subpar, constantly introducing their relatives and spouses without any need in requirements and prior experience as well, if they won't perform well leads should handle their work pressure. ..
