Also management's are ready to loss good people's those who are thinking about company growth they always protects the non working guys those are lightly taking client's requirements without understanding business logic and blame to subordinate.

--The gaming area is limited to carrom; no other games are available. --Fun Fridays are less frequent than before. --The company does not organize trips.

There are no job securities, also the HR department will not reply once you leave the company, I have faced many issues regarding my FNF and other payment. If your leave is pending and once you leave the company they will not calculate your paid leave. not will pay you any money. I was selected for the Wipro company but they gave false information about that company and my offer letter holds that Wipro company. overall if you join that company that means your future is end.

Other than on-time salary there isn't anything good left in company.

Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Dark dirty politics happen in company to destroy people's career Management was also involved all time of politics and do favoritism and giving severe stress to their employees. If your salary is high than they'll constantly giving you stress (leadership) and make sure you get tired and stop using your own brain. Company was run with complete dictatorship, If you raise your concerns they start hating you. Company wants people who are good at Spooning, But NOT WORK. Very less growth opportunities, Specially if you're working with Very senior leader or manager of company than your life soon become hell. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE - If you're in higher roles you'll get message, calls, meeting late nights. There is no policy attached with work life balance & flexible hours but will you will know reality when you start working here. If you are talented and excellent don't waste your career in this company. Company was forcing their employees to post positive reviews. All those fake reviews are manipulated by company. All the Old and excellent employees have left organization, When they know dark side of organization. Also company is firing people, forcing people to resign, and not doing appraisals saying there are crisis in US. But at same time hiring high scale employees in US & India what a LIARS. Please get feedback for people who left the organization before joining else you will REGRET...

I am working From Home here since more then two years and there is no any other interception from the management you can work Freely by completing your Daily target of work.

Dislikes

Company do not provide the Bonus or Allowance for the Work from Home specially who are working in night shift.
