I have learn lots of things in CHM. I am working in this company from more than 8 years and if you give your 100 % then company is giving maximum to you.

Observed that new employees are getting more value and salary as compared to old ones and expecting most of work from old candidates

The only positive point of working at CRIF is that if you survive this godforsaken company, then you're fit to apply for the position of soldier in the Army for posting in Ladakh.

...e's distinctive smell kept haunting me for a long time after I had left them. 2.) Near to zero compensation 3.) Absolutely cruel, clueless and skill-deprived top management. They have purposefully constructed an abusive workplace culture and allow the bosses to take full advantage of their subordinates. Also, you'll get to work with Italian clients mostly, and their work culture and behaviour is known to the world.

They didn't pay as Bonus per offer letter, even if company makes profit and also have growth as compared to previous year Too much work pressure, even working on 7 days If your BONUS is 100000 on your offer letter, they give only 20k

The management try to best providing Multi national company culture but some vantage person are not following rules because they lost own position in company so not following rule and regulation

i'm told about software development Department . Compensation is decent , but growth is slow vintage limited people are not growing the Juniors,the work pressure is very high every times, training i am fresher but no one guide me and not conduct training also i worked 4 month unpaid internship after that they are accept officially internship and internship period is 6 month they conduct 8 month internship , when project is delivered. so finish my internship ,Also,there is no on-job training for fresher,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain many times

The managers, team leaders and team member all are so helpful and friendly in nature. All are working in collaborative manner. Good work culture and policies.

Dislikes

One point only, very hard to move from one team to another. Other than this, Nothing to say. Just amazing.
