...ns also. Unnecessary documentation and redundant admin work, all are clueless. Horrible HR policies: No hikes, No PF, No increments, salary never gets credited on time, unnecessary deductions, No proper leave policies, No holidays, no proper transportation, no medical insurance, No cafeterias /canteen extremely less salary and no additional benefits Advice to Management: First provide proper research facilities and invest in employee welfare Give proper hikes, increments, decent salary, PF, good infrastructure, and Most importantly recognition.

...nt, everyone was quite satisfied with their job profile and the working culture. But right now except the salary part everything is getting worst day by day...

Now days management is not approving any leaves, seriously no holidays in regional & national festival, no leaves, no job security, everyday in morning they are threatening the teams by messaging & online meeting.

Dislikes

One of the challenges at Dayananda Sagar University is the lack of research incentives and the absence of Provident Fund (PF) benefits. Providing better financial support for research and ensuring long-term security for faculty would greatly enhance the academic experience.
