It's a Government hospital taking care of west Delhi. It's a referral centre and deals with all type of high risk cases. There are so many patients to treat and follow up. Great learning experience with huge patient load and working with learned senior Doctors.

Dislikes

Less skilled manpower for taking care of patients starting with house keeping, nursing orderly , Technician (OT,Lab, Radio logy) , empathetic Staff nurses last but not the least in house all the new investigation modalities.

The work load is not soo but here all things have to learn and grab gud knowledge

The staff is soo cooperative but the incharge of duty is soo bad the person have lots of attitude problem… even it take risvat to give the person take gud department for duty

DDUH is a very comfortable place to work in. Being a government hospital,the timings are fixed ( for pathology at least ) that is 9-4pm. Pathology department per se is pretty cool. There are many people to handle the work. Histopathology and cytopathology are good enough. Workload is quite good. Whereas hematology lags behind a bit ( bone marrows recieved rarely ). Many other investigations like flow cytometry, electrophoresis are not being done. To conclude, if given a chance , one should not miss the opportunity to work in pathology department of DDUH .

Very very bad hospital. I suggest not admit your patient because he worked orgen seller hospital. Special children orgen. Because suddenly death my son name is Surya pal.

Hospital Service is very bad or all doctor is unresponsive. He was take support local mafia (gunda).

Best hospital for a doctor to learn some skills and ethics of medical field. In govt hospitals it's very important to get a right mentor so that you remain on right track. Luckily I got one of the best doctor as my mentor, my senior, the head of the department Dr Anurag Jain sir who taught us clinical skills as well as skills like how to manage a patient, what is right for the patient. I am really glad that I got to work under him. He is one of the best Plastic Surgeon, Best Doctor, Best Mentor and Best senior that I can ever get. Thank you so much sir your teachings are helping me today. Thank you so very much.

When I was working there back from 2018-19 govt have not taken care of machines like Ultrasonography, CT-Scan etc., so that better diagnosis can be made.
