If you wish to learn a new skill, you will have all the support. You also get to learn under the expertise of their seniors who have global experience.

...e. There is a lot of importance that the senior member give to the employees. No salary deductions on pity things, if you are late by 20 mins... no issues! Just complete your 8 hours and keep your manager well Informed. There is Flexibility in working schedule for employees who are also students who aspire to work along with their studies. There is an open door policy and you can address your issues very quickly to the senior most members and they resolve it like family.
