...ethics, highly unprofessional, insulting teachers infront of students and staff. Salary not paid on time sometimes its delayed upto half of next month. If you are a female staff and if you llwant growth than you have to compromise with the higer authority. There is no place for knowledge and creativity, people blessed with talent and knowledge are suffered most where unworthy and not well qualified people get promoted.

...ny policies are very favorable. Environment ir very friendly to work freely. Salary hikes and bonuses are provided at good level.

... don't hold any degree to be called as a Principal or the Academic Co-ordinator. The salary is less and never on time. The heads are manipulative and will forget all the good you've done.

Working from home at half salary. They have promised to pay judiciously once fee is recovered. But, no help while work at home.

Dislikes

Negative politics is at higher level. Team mates pretend to be helpful. Principal authoritarian and sort of dictator who knows only to order. Doesn't assist anyone regarding work.

The campus is green & beautiful spread in 16 acres.

They don't count employee as a human being, never pays salary on time due to which almost all employee Cibil scores have collapsed as not being able to pay EMI's timely. No secondary source of income. They are making teachers to do all works, door-to-door marketing after teaching and working whole day. Make teachers call 100s of numbers, very unprofessional work-ethics. In companies either there is salary hike or no hike, here they decrease the salary as per their wish.
