In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. One word "NOTHING" is good about this company for Engineers they works as labour in company. Seniors will not support you they will just care about the production and there interest. Company is not supporting in COVID- 19 company only cares about there production and profit they filled form from there employees that company will not take any responsibility if an employee will get affected through virus Worst experience so far.....
