Salary compensation is somewhat ok

There is only one Security project. Hence no option of project switching. Bad team politics and absolutely no handover / Knowledge transfer process. If you are from IT MNC and thinking to join here , certainly not a good idea. Pathetic HR department, if you are on high salary , sometimes they will just ask you to leave without letting you complete the notice period even if you properly follow the separation process. No professionalism at all. Bottom line is don’t join here

one do not analyze a person according to the persons situation, they just come to a perception hearing about them from another person. Hard reality which I faced.

1. HR department treats you as a bonded labour. 2. Diligent is not employee friendly at all even if employee works for 13 hrs a day .. 3. Indian directors are not good people (basically cons) 4. One senior manager by the name.. () threatened me that he will destroy my career.. just because I clarified roles and responsibilities.. 5. Sabotaged my image within the BODS community..

It's a very good company for learning purpose and here manager and team is very supportive. Work environment is pleasant and there is a technical manager Vaibhav is very talented and nice person who gives the opportunity to grow each and every candidate and he is the best manager I have ever seen.
