Thora salary mtlb call rate ko 5rs/call hona chahiye,,,aur jo 100 hours complete hone pe 2000rs derha h woha pe 150hours complete hone pe 1000rs incentive add hona chahiye because agr 100 hours complete hone pe 2000rs mil rha h incentive lekin jo jyada hours complete karega unko v khuc incentive milna chahiye,,,,and overall good ....

...ustomers, it was part time, I could do it in free time whenever I tfelt like it. And salary was given on time and there was incentive in which I had to do 100 hours and 1000 calls I like it

I get a lot of 301 calls because if the customer has a problém then the no one will pay the charge every months and the block system is not good and even the smallest things is a fatal mark which the agent who is also in problem does not understand. By blocking the ID it is not good, I have been blocked because I have this problem in which I said to block and by Accusing me of false accusations pushpa maam has blocked

It's is a good company but slow growth and salary if you join as a fresher otherwise if you want a good work life balance than it is wonderful for you and job security is also good.

Work life balance is maintained, 5 days working and leaves are good. Salary is not up to mark, bad distribution of salary, 10% of actual CTC is performance based incentive, of which you will get only 40-50% or nothing, totally depends on your manager. 2-5% salary hike per annum. No growth opportunities.

Dislikes

There is no any growth opportunities,top management is full of old age people which take longer than expected time for any approval. Work culture is good no any politics, friendly environment. Work from home is very good here

Quality products and had a all India number one company and second largest in Asia,the plus point is employee re hiring policy in the company colleagues came from various cultural backgrounds

Compensation is decent but growth is slow not recognized individual strenghs
