...HR policies During interviews recruitment team lure with iphone iPad facility...which ultimately you have to pay while leaving the organisation. No job security at all.

Culture, Managment has no vision and they are on mission. No growth, No appraisal, No Promotion. Department wise who directly nearest to management has promotion and appraisal. No Job security.
