please do not join in this company as it is in a total haphazard stage and behavior of owners is bad and unethical. keep on working from 9 to 10pm and even then 20 mistakes are pointed for not working. main aim is to get the work done and fire you. do not join them at junior or senior level

Working hours 9:30min but you have to stay and work after your duty time daily without any extra pay. And they are making bond of employment for 3 years so you can't leave the job and you have to work more hours without any extra pay

...king is a culture. Only one leave a month that too is being treated as a crime. They paid 50%salary during covid. Forced employees to come to company and was not following any precautions.

... are at work or off work by keeping an eye on your Naukri and LinkedIn profiles. If you get sick or cannot come due to any reason without informing the management near salary days you salary will get hold. You cannot suggest good work practices but you will always get the so called "Gyaan" from the management time to time. Overall you may consider yourself a employee cum prisoner who should obey each and every instructions from management and work as per their priorities. You cannot say "No" at all.

Job security is too good, management is too ethical, and wants only ethical people to work in the company, the company expects discipline, those who don't want to follow discipline company is not good for them.

though an employee is never satisfied with whatever increase in salary we may get, salary appraisals are annual, based on the performance, responsibility, engagement, discipline, loyalty, best way of accessing and depending on individuals capability, company gives huge jumps to the capable candidate. the capable people are always welcome and given due respect. this is the only company I have seen in my career which gives open hand to work and prove, everyone works as a team and have a lot of respect for each other. there are continuous training programs/ sessions in the company. too much to learn. company has people from those are more than 30 years' experience in almost every department and they are the faculties in training.
