My learning and experience in this SCEH hospital is very good. Since there is a lot of work here, we get a lot of experience. Learning and experiencing specialty surgeries is also a good experience.

Not a very good place to grow professionally and individually as work culture is typical LaLa firm type, as each department head takes him self to be the LaLa and takes decisions as per his discretion and process or SOPs followed whatsoever.

Here at Dr Shroff working is little challenging as you need to actively participative in office politics rather doing and completing the work on time

Dr. Shroff's Charity Eye Hospital is a prestigious organization where gaining experience and learning is a significant achievement. As a management fellow, I received immense learning and support. I gained valuable experience and knowledge from every department and learned how to handle problems effectively.

Dislikes

Management fellows are not given any respect. Even those who work hard are made to work as employees after being appointed, and when their coordinators create problems for them—despite everyone being aware of their attitude and the fact that they were previously dismissed for the same issue—they are still openly favored. On the other hand, a student who has the full support of their department is not given a single opportunity. Every student faces problems, yet such employees are openly favored.

so many politics seniors are jealous and very rudely behaviour. job not secured. seniors or managemenr staff ki koi value nhi h. 3rd party staff ki to bilkul bhi nhi h kabhi bhi unhe job se nikal dya jata h. bina kisi notice period k. bhot jyda politics hoti h. jo seniors ko khush rkhta h usi ki job safe rhti h bs
