Working with my colleagues has been the most rewarding part of my experience here. Their dedication and hard work have created a positive work environment. Additionally, I am deeply concerned about certain practices within the company. There have been instances of unethical behavior, such as falsifying attendance records, unauthorized use of seals and signatures, and illegal POD collections. These actions undermine the integrity of the company and create an uncomfortable work environment.

my overall experience with the company has been problematic.Despite putting in my best effort, it seems that the company does not fully appreciate its employees. During challenging times, such as salary cuts, the sacrifices of the staff were not recognized, leading to uncertainty and concern about job security.

Driver Logistics is a technology based 3PL company. So we have lots of opportunities to learn new technologies. The management is very supportive.

Dislikes

Basically it is a client oriented 3PL company. So as per the client they have changed their company roles. Working hours also very high and they are not providing OT for senior team lead and above staffs. There is no admin staff in HR department for labours. So each warehouse manager need to find the labours for his warehouse and need to arrange accommodation, Gas and travel for the workers.
