1. After joining salary increment is very low. Make sure you are getting max salary hike when you join. 2. Old technology (some people in the company trying to use latest tech stack if ur lucky enough to work closely with them) 3. No work life balance - you have to join late night calls because ur working according to their timezones

Good company to start career in IT. It was fun working with colleagues. Good pay at the beginning.

Worst management. No job security. No scope for learning and upskilling. Very less hikes after gaining years of experience. Night shifts. Higher targets mostly can't achieve.

This is my first experience working in an MNC company, and EagleView is one of the companies that give the chance to the employee based on their technical skill, they are not considering which college you are blogging about, what your percentage in your career courses and if you are not fluent English speaker or you are average in speak in English and you are able to communicate with the team it will be enough. Eagle view also works on employee weakness by proving an online course and that is very helpful from my point of view.

Dislikes

...process should not be delayed because employees plan by expecting the appraisal. Not only EagleView if every organization give the appraisal and appreciation bonus to the employee then the employee will not waste their time to switching the organization.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Salary and incentives are also good. 5 day a week working.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance because of the uneven shift timings. More worse is that they follow US holiday calendar, so while people celebrates Indian holidays and festivals, we unwillingly have to work.
