Unbalanced Work Distribution- some teams are overloaded, while others have little to no work, leading to inefficiencies. Lack of proper Team structure - A few employees are not part of any team, which affects collaboration and productivity.

Good work-life balance as the company works for the Australian company and Australia is ahead in time zone than India, so you do not need to work late nights. Sometimes you may need to work early morning if any urgency otherwise it is good.
