GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

This Organization hire fraud people from outside Industry because they themselves are fraud. Culture is toxic sad bad pathetic shit.

Not sure if there's anything to like. They lie before getting you onboard, make false promises around benefits and growth. Some colleagues are good though.

if you are thinking of joining eduvanz or Wizr- let this be your flashing red warning sign. This company is a masterclass in everything you should avoid in your professional life- backstabbing, politics, suffocating toxicity, blatant favoritism toward the loudest fools in the room, and leaders who operate without logic, process or ounce of competence. At the very top of this collapsing pyramid- sits the CEO , Varun- a man who somehow manages to be out of touch and disturbingly brainless. Strategic decision- please? nothing here runs on numbers, logic, facts or market insights. and guess what? people who make startegic decisions are actually operational folks. its all gut feeling, ego and blind ambition. every new month, they cook up some 'visionary' stuff, while their legacy business is dying a slow death in the background. no accountability, no metrics, just some clueless brainstorming sessions. and lets talk about the downsizing here. CEO as usual whipping genius moves out here. Let's cut the business unit which has a chance of turning profitable. while we burn the money on vanity projects and failed experiments. Startup 101- dont scale what's not stable. but hey? why use common sense when you play a CEO for the cameras. The culture here- rotten to the core. Decisions are less about performance and more about who can gulp the white juice (people who understand rap reference will know what I mean to say). Merit? 0, Respect? 0, Vision? Laughable. if you aren't in the inner circle of sycophants, you're invisible. AHA!!!! there is our CMO- oh wait, sorry! The CMO is also the head of Product, head of Tech, Marketing, business and probably HR too. Imagine this, CMO and a Project manager seated on a CHRO roundtable with CHROs of other orgs. I mean this is not funny, it's HYSTERICAL. apparently they breed multi-hyphenate "geniuses" here- all title and no talent. This company survives on chaos, and the ego of few power hungry clowns who mistake micromanagement for leadership. for all the potential new hires- you wont grow here.you wont be heard and certainly not respected. Word of advice or the CEO: step out of the bubble. while I know you are just an engineer and you dont have the management leadership competencies in you, TRY HARDER. learn from real leaders in the industry. Get real leaders and not loyalists. Build a business and not a circus. and for once, stop running a company like it's your personal playground.
