They dont even allow to go to your native, if your native is far away from office. Work life balance is zero if you work at US shift. No technical exposser. Non-Technical person is you supperboss. So you do not get any respect as a technical person.

Team mates are good enough and supportive no particular class room training for Asean region package is satasfied appraisal not up to the mark and one who is looking to grow do not join no growth at all, u stick with the company for 5-10 or 15 years no growth there are people working for 9+ years for same position

Nothing much. If someone is badly in need of some job, I would suggest to to join this company. More specifically, try to avoid the inside sales department, as this will ruin your life.

...ll on Saturdays sometime. 3. There is no much scope of technical upgradation. 4. Poor salary structure. 5. The managers and the team leaders are free to take leaves. Not the executives.
