...t so good they expect you to work late evenings & stretch your work on weekends. No extra pay or appreciation is given even working extra hours or on weekends. Poor management system to process for a single approval In procurement which is needed on day to day basis

If you received call from HR, just cut the call and block the number to save your metal health and peace in life. They accept to work 15 hrs daily. There is no process and standards of working. There is no job security for Senior position. Extended working hrs for sure. Top management required a training on employee engagement and professionalism (VP). Very bad experience, Company senior manager doing bad politics and partiality also they give pressure that just do not say that how to do, So seniors manager like RBM and NSM has no experience about selling. Nothing is here which we can like

Everything is dislike, RBM of company supported by senior management and all RBM fault transferred to lower lavel employee like ABM by senior manager like NSM because both are brother and you know when any company put two manager like NSM and RBM which father is same than assume, what will be the culture of company
