GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

This company keeps 15% of Salary Package as PLI (Performance Linked Incentive) but does not paid any single pie, even after declaration too. The payment of its Sub Contractor's was also very irregular, so that Contractor's done so many demonstration / agitations against company. Ultimately company abandoned its Project and windup his Infra business in 2020.

This company does not paid my last month Travel bill for it's another site visit at Agroha Dham, Hissar even after so many reminders phone conversation and so many emails too even about 3 years passed away.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Some times i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend users call in the evening and sometimes late in to the night .Seniors do not value individuals,unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.Also there is no on job training for freshers,hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step by step,which is pain sometimes.

Very very poor organisation. If you join then i am sure you will leave very soon or company will throughout you, its not about your efficiency or anything. In this company employees leave@/throughout every year including CEO to engineer and very few are stable in this.

Used to be a great company to work for. Glad that I could spend close to there years working with great colleagues. With some terrible Business decisions taken by the Chairman and his office, it is unfortunate that the entire group is going through terrible times. Businesses are being shut and employees are being asked to go left right and center. What's horrible is that there is no severance package for employees who have served the company during it's hay days nor is there any compassion left for the employees.
