I love the freedom that I am given here to not only create the pipeline but also multitask and learn and become creative. I have interacted with the designers and with the team and feel that we can go to both the directors openly and air our views. New ideas are discussed and are reviewed both independently by the Owner of the company and also by the team for further inputs. Ideas are not only accepted but encouraged. There are also opportunities to shift to another vertical for further self development. I not only promote the design but also the furniture vertical! I also recently got involved with social media posts and this is something I knew nothing about. Be open, courageous and learn here to your hearts content! Remember that the only way to grow is to work long term in any place - I encourage you to join and see yourself grow! I see myself continuing here for as Long as possible!

There is nothing I don't like about working here as the culture is conducive to growth and I love it!
