In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. The company is good for fresher. But pay scale is not satisfactory.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Some times i have to work 14-18hrs straight in a day as i have to meet up with the client deadline. Mangers do not value an individual unique strengths. I do receive appreciation emails and call from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during appraisals. Also there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

The HR executives and accounts staff if not perfect in there work. They cutted my salary from joining with no reason.said there are no punch in system for the day,while i checked for cctv footage,there showing that im in a office only for a whole day. IT staff is also terrible. Not proper system for work.
