Salary part but quitting due to office politics and hire and fire culture future is unstable, manager are dictators

Managers are dictators, always want you to bow down in front of them and always personal with you, and takes everything to their ego, mentioning first latter of horrible Manager starting with M AND F if planning to go there so please beware and find somewhere no matter it is less than what you expected

You will incentives and good salary on time.

Dislikes

...nagement will never help you out on any situation only giving you fake comments. They will deduct your salary instant if you make any mistake in your work or you received any debit memo from airline even if there is no error from your side. Managers here doing nothing only attending meetings. 6 days working and frequently doing townhall which does not add any value in employee carrier.

...here in FCM it is there but is very less. One will get many IJP's opportunities. Salary is no issue at all also other benefits, incentives & perks are one of the better than othres. Overall one will feel satisfied working with FCM.

Dislikes

What I personally dislike in this organisation is poor management team. No doubt from nowhere they took FCM India at very higher position but are unble to maintain the same quality work in crisis. Best example of current pandemic situatuon. They should have the provision reserved for these condition, for staff errors. Hope they will take lession from it & try to overcome on thier failure

Dislikes

They never pay salary as per the offer letter. You would never get the variable pay they mention on Offer Letter. Zero work satisfaction. No professionalism. It feels like all mediocre retards are given responsibilities to manage company operations. HR never reverts. Specially poor Khatana.

Management not having knowledge and sense to how to manage work load and Big Corporate companies.. company software not good for work. Every time systems not working properly. No work life balance.
