    Excellent work culture and best till date learning environment. You are given free hand at learning and implementing your own ideas. Managers are very supportive & encourage you to achieve more. Work life balance and respect for family values.

    Dislikes

    Salary being offered to new hires, especially people with 2-3 years experience is low as per industry standards.

    One of the best working culture with Job security ( if you want to work with less exposure and rewards) . No good policies for employees. Everyone here comes for their retirement plan😂.

    Dislikes

    Less growth in terms of salary and promotion. Policies are not as per MNC. No focus on young talent, there is bunch of old employees working with old tactics and delaying process. After resignation, HR is not supportive at all, and do not even pick a call.
