GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

Some students are promising. Some of the campus trees are tall and beautiful.

Dislikes

Faculty and work culture is miserable. It is a place for losers. In tems of administration, it is the worst Indian institution I can imagine. And now it has been taken over the Right.

Film & Television Institute of India (FTII), Law College Road, Pune is a world famous Premier Institute, imparting technical education on aesthetic youngest art on all aspects of Film making. During last three decades, I observe, FTII has excellent work culture. Teachers address all queries of their students happily & anywhere. Apart from renowned Teaching staff, FTII has a treasure of RARE collection of books & world wide periodicals in their Library. Staff is very polite, cooperative, not only for their students but also for visitors including Tourists, visiting their campus. How can I forget WISDOM TREE, at the front side (near Main Theatre (SRSE Deptt.) & MAHSOBA (on the back side of carpentry section), in this campus. FTII has a glittering history of establishing new milestones, under the expert guidance of renowned Film Dignitaries of Indian Cinema. Presently FTII is functioning under the guidance of Shri Bhupendra Cantola (Director of FTII) & R/Shri Anupam Kher is the Chairman of Governing Council - FTII. Shri Anupam Kher, visits each & every Deptt. & speaks with every employee/ student & establishes personal contact & ask for any difficulty they are facing with. This is the excellent example of healthy work culture of FTII, Pune. FTII campus is like a small town/ village of students, artists & employees. Rather, it is a paradise.

Dislikes

(1) Students from affluent families take admission in FTII & they like the campus * Boys Hostel so much that they do not want to depart from it. (2) Students come for their studies. They should not get themselves involved in dirty politics. It is the duty of Ministry of I&B to appoint Chairman. (3) Students of FTII should not sleep under WISDOM TREE.
