One of the best things about working here is the excellent work-life balance. The flexible environment helps me to stay productive without being burnt out. There is also a strong focus on Skill development from training session to hands-on experience, the company truly invest in employee growth.

Initially it was good, Salary was on time or before when the company was on small scale. I give them that credit. they promised many things.

...e...around 140 members in the company at 2024 and they fired around 100 members. they didn't even pay my variable pay back.

Initially it was a good company, on-site Managers are skillful in managing low-level engineers.

Dislikes

The HR department and management are very bad. If I have to say something about the HR department, they are a kindergarten, a totally waste, there is one person called the HR head, It is a miracle coming to the office that someone from his family. There is a lot of family politics and favoritisms, no guarantee of job security, they have been scammed on our variable pay. Career growth will not be sustainable. The last thing I want to say is a company that should be good has gone bad.

I worked as a software engineer for more than 2 years here. Work-life balance is good in Finforz technology. Managers are skillful in managing low-level engineers.

Dislikes

There is no proper carrier growth here. Every month you need to work with different programming technologies and due to this, you can't able to sustain a carrier properly. The HR department is too biased toward the employees. After leaving this company you can't get any experience certificate and PF documents in time, They won't respond to your calls and emails. After 3 months of leaving this company, I got the PF documents with too much struggle.

I was contacted by Finforz HR, I have to wait for three days for each update, No one responding for the emails, The working hours is from 9:30 to 6:30, but they unofficially asked me to work for extra 3 hours, and Saturday without Pay, I have 8 years of experience with 3 companies, I never seen such company like this
