No slills development, no work life balance, no fixed timing of going home, wierd shift timings, very minimal leaves, no parking space, very bad hospital condition, rude and arrogant nursing staff, very very toxic department culture, the seniors alws talk sarcastically and in humiliating way, no person wants to work here despite offering double salary, the hospital is dependent on LOCUMS exclusively and many times even locums are not available so the DNB trainees do the needful.. the HOD sucks the blood out of the juniors..

The salary is not good at all. With my overall 7years experience, is not enough.There is no proper increment. Though I'm thankful to the Institute for providing the hostel but the room is too suffocated with no sufficient bathrooms.

It is a good learning platform where you get to learn about many diseases and their nutrition therapy as it is a multi-speciality hospital.. One will be able to improve their practical knowledge. Good work environment

Basic salary and appraisal can be improved.

U are expected to work like hell ,they will not pay u for ur hardwork ,no appreciate for work,no salary hike , just fake commitment by HR, medical services ,poor nursing staff with no experience.

No deduction of your salary, thus far today despite of lockdown in several state at the time of first wave, whereas few company's employees unfolds cut off salaries during drastic covid mid of first phase.

Dislikes

Appraisal favouritism among staffs, like if any valuable staff goes(resign). Merely then, only for particular staff in order to hold back and likeable staffs gets better, however rest of the staffs avail for name only.
