No deduction of your salary, thus far today despite of lockdown in several state at the time of first wave, whereas few company's employees unfolds cut off salaries during drastic covid mid of first phase.

Dislikes

Appraisal favouritism among staffs, like if any valuable staff goes(resign). Merely then, only for particular staff in order to hold back and likeable staffs gets better, however rest of the staffs avail for name only.

Likes

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company is best and provide salary on time . But there management is not so good some management are all to good like as H. R, I have worked with the Scm team that is very innocent people. So I have to switch this job from fortis healthcare vasant kunj New Delhi

On time salary, higher management is good.

Mid level managers are worst, people who are working here for more than 10 years thinks that this place is their birth right and behaves accordingly. Very rude behaviour from some Managers.

Please avoid working here if you can because there is lot of politics is here they dont value old staff, if you resigned they won't ask you why are leaving but they will happily pay more perks to new inexperienced staff especially Pharmacy head at noida is very poor he's no knowledge about Pharmacy but he's still the boss of the department.
