...here is no time limit for the work ... Sometimes they leave us on 5 or 6 pm .... Unnecessary they cut salary of an employee by saying that this is our school rule ....

As such brand is good, but the management at location level fails to keep the brand, specially in HR area, use and throw approach, untimely salary payments, with insensitive management makes worst. I was first employee , made most the brand known in location, and contributed to actually starting school by enrolling students, working as this my sole goal but was thrown out as soon as purpose was over, fake comittment from management really makes it hard to trust them, be very cautious in HR aspects

Very poor team which cannot compete with but can conspire.

Dislikes

Very poor HR department who first employs more qualified people under less qualified people. Team is never open for new comers. New employees are taken for a ride and when they object and report for work place bullying they are asked to put down their papers. And not even furnishes notice period salaries. Extremely poor work environment.
