No likes. It's one of the worst company. The company takes back 25% cut after disbursing salary to it's employees.

The company compelled it's employees to work on holidays. It's office manager Mr. Virendra Sharma & Amit Kumar did all possible office politics and cheated all staffs.

India work .. work is fine you can learn many things..

Salary will not come on time .. almost 2months of salary will come on running month. Even you can't predict on which day . After having your work they will fire you even they don't need notice period. Think before joinning. They don't pay any thing on WFH.

...elated to any industry ( civil construction) in India and outside the country Learning is not constraint to the desired candidate and salary is best among the industry with there performance and reliability of the workdone . I like the appraisal for giving bonus, incentives or perks to the hardworking candidate as per norms laid down by the company Our ongoing projects outside the country , and there staff working there get virtual helf for each and every perspective like ( visa, allowances for food, mobile etc ) That's why coordination of team member from senior person to junior person intellectual is good and healthy

There is nothing dislike to express about the negative feature of the company

Very less work, too much extra time and breaks

Dislikes

Very less work, No growth, Poor management, office politics, HR and Admin department being favored every time. HR manager keeps changing like 10 times a year, no permanent person to make decisions.
