Dislikes

We do have Garba nights and occasional movie nights for those who work from the office, as they are in the same city. It would be great if something similar could be arranged for remote employees, such as meetups in their local cities for more in-person interactions. Additionally, more fun activities alongside work should be incorporated, such as organizing additional workations, off-sites, and team outings that include remote employees too.

I Started my career at Growexx through a college placement drive as a DevOps Engineer Intern, and the experience has been incredible. Very Supportive environment especially senior team they not only guide and mentor you in your work but also help with career growth and development . The HR team is excellent. They care about all the employees . They organize various stress relief activities such as indoor and outdoor games , yoga sessions and fun events , creating a positive and balanced work environment . The management team is very understanding and supportive . My colleagues are also amazing , always ready to help and collaborate. Growexx offers great learning opportunities , making it an ideal place to kickstart IT career. Our Company Founder and CEO , Vikas Sir is a visionary leader and an inspiration to all of us. There's so much to learn from his guidance and leadership. I highly recommend Growexx to anyone , especially freshers, who are looking to start career in IT. It's a company that truly invests in it's employees growth and well being .
