...rom home with properp care and all the support provided by managers ad leaders.. thankyou so much for this but am not expecting any new bonus or benefits but atleast I wish for the ones which I should get like the referral bonus.. that money would help me alot now in this situation. But such kind of bonus and all were on hold . This is the only point disappointed me

Salary is bit low and even hikes but I feel atleast they should have given some benefit bonus like vivid bonus or something which helps employees to support their families in this situation

Culture - Politics - Crime -Harassment. Manager will point you out and team members will Harass you. Irritate you, and if you get irritated then they flag your behaviour as unprofessional. If Prabhakar Sharma don't want you in his team. He will do this. Also in this case when speak/talk/ discuss to hrbp Sandeep Kumar Nath (CM) he will share the contents of the meeting with Prabhakar and his close circle. Now they will use the content indirectly within team meeting. Will make sarcasm fun of that content in team meetings. If I am lying the God kill me and my loved ones If I am telling truth then God don't spare these people and their family. Tell me the difference between Osama Bin Laden, Dawood Ibrahim and the people who would choose to harass you mentally. Also, will play with your leads. My experience and a question to world - if these people can harass you and yet are living in open world and not in Jail - then we people are worried of ra_pe or terriosm. Mental harrasment is heinous crime. May the family of all who did this never survive or flourish.

... Management is not aware of it and its fifficult for an individual to voice out. Salary is satisfying. Work life balance is well maintained.

Corporate politics. No job security. No respect to the hardwork. Bootlickers have more job security then hardworker.

It’s been a wonderful journey so far with GEI, this has literally changed my life. I would recommend everyone to come a be a part of GEI, wonderful salary with great incentives with a job security in today’s world especially in a sales job, management looks into your utmost growth and well being, leaves has been a problem here, complete work life balance is possible here, I would like to thank to all the GEI management to make this possible!!!

Unfortunately, my experience at GUS Education India - Hyderabad Office, has been deeply disappointing due to systematic favouritism within the organization. The management's preferential treatment towards employees from the local community, especially towards the people from Telangana, is blatantly evident. This bias extends to promotions, salary hikes, and performance ratings. Despite consistent hard work and good performance reviews throughout the year, employees who are not from Telangana or who do not belong to the Telugu-speaking community find it nearly impossible to advance in their careers here. Merit and contributions seem to take a backseat to personal connections, favouritism and cultural affiliations, undermining the organizations claims of providing equal opportunities. The situation has worsened in the last few years, especially since the new HR head joined, with many talented individuals leaving the company over the past two years due to the discriminatory environment. It's baffling how "GUS Education India - Hyderabad" continues to claim the title of a "Great Place To Work" while failing to ensure fair treatment and inclusivity for all employees. Most notably, "GUS" demonstrates inconsistencies in compensation practices by offering varying pay packages to individuals in identical designations. These discrepancies occur regardless of prior experience or current salary. Locals tend to receive higher compensation packages, while candidates from outside the regions are often offered lower pay, highlighting a disparity in treatment. If you are considering joining this company and are not from the local community, I would strongly recommend thinking twice. A workplace should value diversity and merit. Sadly this is not the case here in GUS Education India.
