Overall company calture are to good, i worked hatsun agro as sale executive Company gave a payment time to time but TA DA pay weekly I'm not happy with that because any bank can't given a loan due this type weekly payments

good work environment, good work balance, take home salary is very less below 10k.but salary is in last day of month exactly credit. only one thing is very low salary. otherwise company is excellent.

dislike mean salary is not in professional range, and there is no professional manger in field what I look in my area. but company and top level Manager are awesome.

Team mates are good helping nature and boss also friendly with all team and salary coming every month before 1st, and work expireance is good,and good opportunity to prove ur self and growth is there any devision person happy with hatsun....thanks.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

This comment is specially for this person @Vijaykumar K He is a manager of Cold chain department, I hope no one should get such manager at their work place he used deduct our salary and present to company that he can get the work done at low cost . Our 1 day salary was 500rs he changed it to 80rs yes you heard it right 80rs per day .I am working here since 2021 and the commitment given to me was within a year your designation as a trainee will be changed, and look I am still a trainee .I wonder how @hatsun agro products could give him this position he can't even speak english properly .I am making everyone aware that join Hatsun agro products but not the department where this idiot is .
