Company Culture and Environment is good to work. Seniors are Supportive. Managament is very professional and transperent about their policies. Every year they are giving Bonus and Incentives also as per the Performances. Salary gives on proper timing. Claims policies are also good and will be cleared within 20-25 Days.

Salary hikes and Promotions we cant expect here even after giving a Good performances. Like all the Organisations here is also a Politics.

...- A crew member left and then they didn't hire another crew member for 2 months. They will force you to work extra hours without pay and give the reason as they don't have a crew member. 7. No PF/ No job security/No salary increment/ No promotion 8. Most store managers do caste discrimination and religious discrimination.
