Manager is your god. And manager scold in con call tell fukat ka salary leta hai kya. If you achieve Target then also you will not get increment. Boss gives more priority to girls.

Low salary structure Unwanted work pressure Dirty politics Zero growth if you're not a politician in the company Non recognition of your good work No incentives even after having huge targets Manual rating system of employees, you will be judged by your amount of buttering not by your performance. Overall very bad work culture

...nt is not supportive and the way they communicate with lower levels is terrible. Salary structure is horrible and shift hours are expected for 12 to 14 hrs a day

...I dislike 1 - operation team members are key holder . So for its a bad rule. 2.- Depends upon you if you would do better performance you will get your Bonus amount otherwise not . This is not fair ,you mentioned that my bonus amount is something but you didn't make it happen. 3. Giving 7 ,8 Parameters to Operation tema to Work . Is this possible for Better work life balance or its harassing You choose your Business how to growth that's how you giving 8 Parameters target to achieve. 4. Giving target which is not Possible
