... Saturday and Sunday off as they have mentioned holiday at the time of joining. Also I feel there is discrimination in salary increament policy and working time among employees.

I work at HO for 4 years and later got an opputunity to move at BKC Bandra ops HUB and that was the worst decision of my life. Here, there is no balance of work and life, there is no appreciation of work, there is politics, favorism and biasness. Team politics is the worst. HR here is least bothered with work and is more concerned with nity grities. We have an app called mconnect. U hv to log in to mconnect to mark your attendance. If yr time differs in mconnect and register that you have to sign while entering at bkc then you will be questioned. You cannot wear t shirts without collar and the liat goes on. Morale is AVOID WORKING AT BKC AT ALL COST. PLEASE DENY ANY OPTIONS TO JOIN BKC
