In this modern India company still holds its employees original certificates. It is very shameful that company still has mindset of bonded labour. Salaries delayed due to compliance, operational system is a big failure. But leaders have to suffer. Not so much of employee friendly

There is no job security, anytime you will be terminated. According to Karnataka Education Act, private schools should be run by their own management. But here HLC has some alternative way and acts as management with some illegal agreements. It is completely a disaster for any school and management.

Job role clarity delayed payment of salaries no proper customer support to frontline sales and operations team lack of objective and clear leadership

I learnt many of teaching and training methods in HLC it has lot of innovative ideas to make a change in preschool education provides awesome trainings for personal and professional development

Team mates are good but reporting managers are not so good appaisal will be based on only others feed back not on employees effort can learn many things but no good improvement in salaries No proper channels to listen on feild staff

People are not supportive they have mind perception of growing themselves not as a team CEO of the campany don't know about this if he get to know he is the right person to correct this but it won't reach people below him doesn't let this things reach him because they will be terminated. For the mistake or miscommunication people are losing there jobs here if this things r corrected great place to work
