Individual performance are never considered. Promotion depends on the higher levels support but not based on your performance. Don't think of hike.

I am work in 5 years 10 month my salary no increment.. Covind time is comple to resgin my job... Lot of politics and team management over all pashlite

... at their will. The conditions and Percentage changes every year without notice. If you are on notice or on bench, then no bonus. No promotions. You are valued only until you are billed by the client. If billing stops you go to dogs. I am working here form the past 5 years.

Htc only contacts you for timesheets and for nothing else. No appraisal meetings. No hikes.

I have been in HTC for past 5 yrs . In terms of job security and work life balance this is best company . And also I don't find project for myself to improve my technical skill may it's depends on project which you are assigned to it.

Less pay , employee benefits and long notice period (90 days ) . So it will challenging for employees to switch their job as industry expect you to join within 60 days they offer you for new job.

They did not provide paid leave, variable pay, or a three-month basic salary without a notice period. The management was overly controlling, even when there was no work assigned. I did not gain any meaningful learning experiences during my time there, as opportunities for growth were quite limited. The bench period was also poorly managed.
