Great Pay. Well defined job scope. Organization structure well maintained. Facilities and amenities are on par with MNCs including salary revisions.

Dislikes

No authority to individuals. Only execution work to Indian employees. All major decision making, planning, R&D, Procurement strategy, critical company decisions made by Korean expats. Too much unnecessary & repeated paperwork even for minute things. Seniors focusing on responsibility distribution rather than leading the team by example. Promotions are never on time. So much more to dislike.

...onment and culture.. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... They feel if they act like HR and support there management will take there job. B) Incase your salary deducted, Very difficult to come credit your money to next month. After lot of email communications HR never respond your email or calls. C) You can't expect for Promotion in HMIL. D) Food quality is very poor. E) No work life balance. Travelling time is more and everytime bus routes change. No controll for bus facility by Hyundai management. Even if you're Hyundai Employee, the bus 3rd party coordinator will not listen. F) If you take leave, even it is genuine leave they will make you count how many days leaves you're taking. G) Chennai person available here will give you free knowledge which is good for nothing. Tell you unwanted & no logic things. H) Manager position hired as full time BTech and Associate position no full time BTech or full time Diploma. This creates jealousy between Associate, but still HR take no actions about this toxicity. Work Culture:- I) They made HMI Chennai Holy Bible. Whatever they'll tell its have to be done. When you do the same they'll comments on your performance. Means they will tell to follow only Chennai but if you do they'll judge you as you know nothing. J) No work ethics and culture. People reports without logics. In Salary of Labour they expecting to work as Manager without guidance. K) If you're in 5/6 years experience: Chennai deploy People will compare you that this position in chennai is for 17/18 years. L) They asking every time documents. No practical things are going here. M) People deploy here from chennai, only do oiling to management and making PPT without logic and hiding real issues. N) You will work here as a casual/labour no matter Associate or Manager, still in review they will share feedback you have not work. O) No proper guidance by seniors. Still they will give feedback they did everything. P) HMIL Pune - Everyone new joined employees are stuck here because of only Big brand name. Here No Job security, No work satisfaction, No work life balance, No good Salary, No promotion, Unwanted work pressure. Q) They ask feedback from Juniors' (Who is in Probation) & Non _ Dept People. No genuine assessments, no clear feedback (what they want). If you justify or take your stand against the feedback Chennai person will share feedback to Korean that "You're against to them". All are searching Job after 4-5 months of their Joining because here probation period extension is going on. People treat like nothing. No genuine and no humanity. Only Favorite People get good feedback. Koreans have no ethics of work. They don't care for your career and Peace of mind. They simply say to leave or they'll terminate. They don't think about your career or how it will impact of life. Final conclusion :- If you are working in OEM or T1/T2 don't join HMIL Pune, you will lost you peace of mind, health and job too.
