I spent days debating whether to bring it up. I didn’t want to come off as insecure or difficult. But I also couldn’t un-know what I knew. Eventually, I had an honest, data-backed conversation with my manager. Turns out, I was right and they revised my pay. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me this: silence doesn’t protect you. Worst Company Ever - Total Scam

Dislikes

This company is a complete mess. It’s been over two months and still no salary. They keep making false promises while playing dirty office politics to fire employees unfairly. If you speak up or question anything, you’re out. To make it worse, they hire people with zero experience for roles that require actual skills, leaving the work to fall apart. There’s no structure, no accountability, and absolutely no leadership. The CEO? Missing in action and clearly doesn’t give a damn about the company or its people. This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time or energy here.

Unacceptable Salary Delays – Salaries are consistently not paid on time. It’s been two months, and employees still haven’t received their pay. This is not just unprofessional, it’s borderline theft! No PF Contribution – They deduct PF from your salary but conveniently forget to deposit it. HR constantly lies about it, and nothing gets done. This company has no regard for its employees' financial security. Completely Clueless CEO – The CEO is utterly disconnected from reality. While employees are left scrambling with no pay, he continues to live an extravagant lifestyle. It's clear that employee welfare is the last thing on his mind. No Incentives, No Recognition – Don’t expect any kind of incentive, bonus, or even recognition for your work. You could give your all and it will go unnoticed. There’s no appreciation for hard work here. Disastrous Hiring Strategy – They have no strategy when it comes to hiring. They hire anyone they can get their hands on, without considering quality or skills. It's just about filling numbers, not finding the right people. Totally Incompetent HR – The HR team is absolutely clueless. They hire anyone who’ll accept a low salary and have no idea how to manage recruitment effectively. They don’t know the first thing about hiring qualified talent. Interview is a Joke – The interview process is a complete joke. It’s so easy to get hired here, it’s almost like they’re begging for anyone to show up. Clearly, they’re just filling positions without any focus on skill or fit. Advice to the CEO – Fire the entire HR team and hire professionals who actually understand the hiring process. The current team is a disaster and damaging the company's reputation. Focus on Quantity, Not Quality – They focus entirely on quantity, not quality. It’s all about hiring as many people as possible, regardless of their qualifications, to just check boxes. This has created a toxic work environment with low-skilled individuals and no team cohesion. Staffing Company with No Ethics – As a US staffing company, iAppsData is beyond unprofessional. They don’t pay candidates on time, and when they do, it’s a miracle. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a company that is supposed to provide staffing solutions. Advice to Management: Pay your employees on time, and for God’s sake, stop treating them like disposable resources. Start depositing PF contributions as per the law, and stop misleading your employees. The CEO needs to stop pretending to be a leader and actually take responsibility for the company’s failures. Fire the entire HR team and bring in people who actually know what they’re doing. Stop focusing on numbers and start hiring quality talent that will contribute to the company's growth.

No work life balance, salary not on time, if they are not satisfied they'll directly fire people and they'll never think about the employee's career, no WFH will be provided even on emergency times, the deducted PF amount won't be added in your PF account
