...r with a stick making employees follow it without thinking what's best for them. They pay peanuts, and lays off people whenever they feel like. People are leaving / or planning to leave in huge numbers because of no flexibility, but either the management doesn't realise the issues that employees face, or they slimy don't care. I think it's the latter one. Pathetic and toxic work culture. They really need to understand that providing employees with flexing will help increase their productivity and keep them happy. Very sad to join this place :(

There's nothing to like about this company. It's working as a resource consulting party. This company sell you to another company (L&T in my case) and that company will again sell you to another company like third fourth party.

I have been working in Idexcel since 3 years, Idexcel has a good work culture, supportive seniors and team mates, and we have lot of learning opportunities to upgrade our career and skills, Quality work life balance, Job security. overall Idexcel is an better place to work and grow. Please don't fall in fake reviews/ratings.
