It's healthy! As I've moved across teams, I've noticed that no one sticks on to a rigid hierarchy. 5 months new or 5 years old at Illumine-i, if you have an idea you'd like to execute, your managers, your tram mates, the senior leadership - they've got your back! This is a place of growth, so you may feel nudged out of you comfort zone. But opportunities are never denied. I'd say the culture is a balance of work and fun.

At present illumine behaves like in the form of order only you have to do the work compulsory, reaching to house so late, no recognition for the work done, work life balance is zero and for the 9hours work means each hour is noted by team lead what work you do.
